Important Details required for Booking

Hours of Operation: We are open from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily, except on holidays. Please note that business hours may vary on holiday dates, and advance notice will be provided for any changes. 

Price : Night boarding - small dog $40, large dog $45. Day boarding - small dog $30, large dog $35

 

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Check-In: Guests are welcome to check in at any time during our regular business hours on the day of arrival. Please note that boarding fees will apply starting from the day of check-in, regardless of the arrival time.

Check-Out: Guests must check out by 1:00 PM during our regular business hours to avoid additional charges. A late check-out fee of $25 will be applied for check-outs after 1:00 PM.

 

Deposit Policy

Paws n Wagging Tales LLC requires a non-refundable $25 deposit for all boarding reservations. This deposit will be applied toward the final payment at check-out.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will not incur additional charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a 10% fee on the total reservation amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a 15% fee on the total reservation amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a 25% fee on the total reservation amount.

 

Paws n Wagging Tales will try to contact pet owners via phone call, text message, or email to confirm the status of the scheduled stay 7 days before the check-in date. This communication ensures that all details are confirmed, and any necessary adjustments can be made in advance.

 

Pet Health Policy

Paws n Wagging Tales LLC cannot accept pets that are pregnant, in heat, or pets wearing head cones, splints, casts, stitches, or bandages. Additionally, we do not accept pets with contagious conditions.

All pets must be flea-free upon check-in. If Paws n Wagging Tales LLC determines that a pet has arrived with fleas or ticks, we will administer treatment at the owner's expense. Treatments may include but are not limited to, Capstar and a flea bath.

Vaccination Requirements

Required Vaccines for Dogs (5 Months and Older):

Distemper/Parvovirus (DHPP)                                              Rabies

Bordetella (Kennel Cough)                                                    Canine Influenza (H3N2 & H3N8)

 

Exception: Dogs that have received only the first dose of the H3N2/H3N8 Canine Influenza vaccine may stay at Paws n Wagging Tales LLC if the pet owner signs a waiver acknowledging the associated risks. This waiver is valid for 30 days and is the only exception to our vaccination policy.

Additional Guidelines:

  • All vaccines must be up to date for the entire duration of your pet’s stay. Pets with expired or incomplete vaccine series will not be permitted to stay.

  • Vaccines must be administered by a licensed veterinarian or medical professional.

  • Documentation of vaccination must be submitted to Paws n Wagging Tales LLC no later than the time of check-in.

  • Vaccine records can be sent via email, text, or provided in person by check-in.

  • While vaccines may be administered on the day of arrival, we strongly encourage having them completed in advance to ensure they take full effect.

  • If your veterinarian does not administer one of the required vaccines due to your dog's lifestyle, please contact us for assistance in ensuring your pet meets our vaccination standards.
