Pet Information

Hours of Operation: We are open from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily, except on holidays. Please note that business hours may vary on holiday dates, and advance notice will be provided for any changes. 

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Check-In: Guests are welcome to check in at any time during our regular business hours on the day of arrival. Please note that boarding fees will apply starting from the day of check-in, regardless of the arrival time.

Check-Out: Guests must check out by 1:00 PM during our regular business hours to avoid additional charges. For check-outs after 1:00 PM, a late check-out fee of $25 will be applied.

Deposit Policy

Paws n Wagging Tales LLC requires a non-refundable $25 deposit for all boarding reservations. This deposit will be applied toward the final payment at check-out.

If the pet stay is for more than 10 days, we take 25% of the total amount in advance, it can be paid before or on the day of boarding.

Cancellation Policy

·   Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will not incur any additional charges.

·   Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a fee of 10% of the total reservation amount.

·   Cancellations made less than 4 days prior will incur a fee of 15% of the total reservation amount.

·   Cancellations made less than 2 days prior will incur a fee of 25% of the total reservation amount.

Paws n Wagging Tales will try to contact pet owners via phone call, text message, or email to confirm the status of the scheduled stay 7 days prior to the check-in date. This communication ensures that all details are confirmed, and any necessary adjustments can be made in advance.

Vaccination Requirements

Required Vaccines for Dogs (5 Months and Older):

• Distemper/Parvovirus (DHPP)                                             

• Rabies

• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)                                                     

• Canine Influenza (H3N2 & H3N8)

Exception: Dogs that have received only the first dose of the H3N2/H3N8 Canine Influenza vaccine may stay at Paws n Wagging Tales LLC if the pet owner signs a waiver acknowledging the associated risks. This waiver is valid for 30 days and is the only exception to our vaccination policy.

Pet Health Policy

Paws n Wagging Tales LLC cannot accept pets that are pregnant, in heat, or pets wearing head cones, splints, casts, stitches, or bandages. Additionally, we do not accept pets with contagious conditions.

All pets must be flea-free upon check-in. If Paws n Wagging Tales LLC determines that a pet has arrived with fleas or ticks, we will administer treatment at the owner's expense. Treatments may include, but are not limited to, Capstar and a flea bath.

Additional Guidelines:

·All vaccines must be up to date for the entire duration of your pet’s stay. Pets with expired or incomplete vaccine series will not be permitted to stay.

·Vaccines must be administered by a licensed veterinarian or medical professional.

·Documentation of vaccination must be submitted to Paws n Wagging Tales LLC no later than the time of check-in.

·Vaccine records can be sent via email, text, or provided in person by check-in.

·While vaccines may be administered on the day of arrival, we strongly encourage having them completed in advance to ensure they take full effect.

·If your veterinarian does not administer one of the required vaccines due to your dog's lifestyle, please contact us for assistance in ensuring your pet meets our vaccination standards.

Medication Policy

Paws n Wagging Tales LLC is happy to administer oral or topical medications at no additional charge. However, please note that we do not administer injections.

Pet owners must provide sufficient medication to cover the entire stay at check-in. All medications must be kept separate from food and cannot be pre-mixed into meals or treats. Medications should be brought in their original containers, clearly labeled with dosage and administration instructions.

Medical Emergencies Policy

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Paws n Wagging Tales LLC to seek veterinary care for my pet at the nearest available veterinary facility. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment my pet may require.

I acknowledge that all reasonable efforts will be made to contact me or my designated representative for treatment authorization. If I cannot be reached, I grant Paws n Wagging Tales LLC the authority to proceed with necessary medical treatment to ensure the health and safety of my pet.

Emergency Contact Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that my emergency contact has been informed about my pet's boarding at Paws n Wagging Tales LLC. This individual is aware of the procedures and responsibilities associated with my pet's stay and may be contacted in case of an emergency.

Behavioral Issues Policy

If my pet exhibits aggressive or destructive behavior, I understand that Paws n Wagging Tales LLC may need to isolate my pet for safety reasons. I acknowledge that I will be contacted to discuss further actions, which may include the possibility of early pick-up.

Food Policy

We strongly recommend that pets remain on their regular diet during their stay to prevent any digestive issues. We kindly ask that you pre-bag the appropriate portions of food for the duration of your pet's stay.

For your convenience, we also offer a premium veterinary diet which is available for an additional fee if needed.

Personal Items Policy

Personal items, such as toys and bedding, are permitted during your pet's stay; however, they must be clearly labeled with your pet’s name. Paws n Wagging Tales LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Liability Waiver

I agree to hold Paws n Wagging Tales LLC harmless from any and all claims, injuries, or damage caused by my pet during their stay. This includes any injuries to my pet, other pets, staff, or property.

Marketing and Social Media Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing materials from Paws n Wagging Tales LLC. You may revoke this permission at any time by replying "Stop" to any email or text message communications.

Additionally, you grant Paws n Wagging Tales LLC permission to use photographs and videos of your pet taken during their stay for promotional purposes on social media platforms and other marketing materials. You understand that these images may be shared on Paws n Wagging Tales LLC's official social media accounts, website, and other promotional materials.

You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of these images. If you do not wish for your pet’s images to be used, please notify Paws n Wagging Tales LLC in writing prior to your pet's stay.

Your Acknowledgement.

I represent that I am the lawful owner of the Pet(s) and that I am fully authorized to enter into this agreement. All the information that I’ve provided in this agreement is true, accurate, and complete
